Peter Kivierga, Ph.D., Director of the Department of Analytics, Member of the Association of Soybean Manufacturers of Iowa State. Kiiverigha received a diploma in soil science and agrochemistry at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a Ph.D. in Soil Science / Soil Fertility at the Department of Agronomy at the State University of Iowa State University.
In Soway, he leads the research project, which focuses on identifying best practices for collecting, analyzing and aggregating data from in-farm and environmental research, and communicating these results to farmers, agronomists and industry professionals. Kiveering’s research interest focuses on predictive modeling, statistics, remote sensing and precision farming.
Peter Kiverigha is a technical editor for precision agriculture for the agronomic magazine, a representative of the American Society for Agronomy, and is also an associate professor at the Department of Agronomy at the State University of Iowa State University.
Exact farming requires not only investment in technology, but also the continuous development and improvement of new advisory systems that sometimes require a change in the outlook. One of the important and often neglected values of precise farming is that it allows farmers and agronomists to experiment on their fields.
